Ear Infections

cranium showing occiput, temporal, and jugular foramen disarticulated skull All 24 bones of the cranium move. This movement is small but very important. The facial bones must move and the temporal bones around the ears must move. Also the sacrum (triangular bone the hip bones rest on) and rib cage must move, in order for the fluids to move out of the Eustachian tubes and sinus cavities for the prevention of ear infections.

Ear infections can result from fluid buildup in newborn's ears. Cranial sacral osteopathy has huge success with treating restricted motion and fluid buildup in the ears of newborns. In my experience, osteopathy alone is often all that is needed.
